Bob Wolfe is Wave’s Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Exceptionally well versed at navigating complex industries and regulatory environments, Bob positions Wave and its portfolio companies to maximize growth. 

A recognized financial leader, Bob has been serving the private equity industry for over 19 years, holding positions with some of the best known global firms. Prior to joining Wave, Bob served as Head of Private Equity Solutions at Maples Fund Services. Before this position, he served as the COO of Citi Private Equity Services and as the COO of BISYS Private Equity Services. Bob is passionate about leveraging his extensive industry insights to introduce value added solutions and to streamline and scale operations to position businesses for profitable growth.
